Returns:
ElectricScooterParts.com will process returns and issue refunds for items that
were purchased in the last 30 calendar days. Buyer must fill out and submit our
online RMA Form and wait to receive an RMA number from us before returning an
item. The RMA number should be written on the
package that the item is being returned in to help us expedite the return
process.
Products must be returned in new and re-sellable condition. Products which have
been installed, used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Products which
have been damaged in return shipping are not eligible for refund. Shipping fees
are not refundable and the buyer pays for return shipping. A 10% return processing fee will
apply on returned merchandise. This return processing fee helps cover the cost of labor
and packaging materials for shipping the
order to you, and for the cost of labor to receive, inspect, refund, and restock the return.
Returned products that are received in damaged condition are subject to a return
processing fee up to 100% depending on the item's condition.
Speed controllers are sealed inside of clear plastic packaging and are not returnable once the packaging has been opened. We do not accept returns on custom-made sprockets, chain sold by the link, or special order
parts.
How do I return an item? Follow the steps shown below to return
an item.

After submitting this form a representative from the returns department will
verify the information provided and email you an RMA number if the authorization is
approved.
Step 2: Wait For The RMA Number To Arrive:
Wait
for us to send you an RMA number before returning an item. The RMA number should
be written on the side of the package that the item is being returned in.
After your RMA number is issued it will expire in 15 days if the product is not returned to us.
Step 3: Package Item For Return:
Package items securely and seal in a cardboard box. Heavy and fragile
items should be shipped back in a new cardboard box with adequate padding and
void filler.

Ship the package to the address
below. Please be sure to securely package and insure your shipment for we cannot
take responsibility for parts that are damaged in transit or packages that do
not make it back to our warehouse.

Step 5: Check Your Email:
We will send you an e-mail to notify you
that your return has been processed. Returns are normally processed within 5
business days after we receive the return. After we process a return we will
issue a refund back to the payment method that was used to pay for the order.
Sometimes it takes a while for the refund to appear back in the account. Some
credit and debit card companies will issue the refund within a few days, while
other companies can take between 1-4 weeks to issue the refund. Refunds issued
to PayPal accounts will appear in your account immediately after we issue the
refund, however it will be in the form of PayPal funds. These PayPal funds may
be transferred back to your credit card or bank account through PayPal, or they
may be kept in your PayPal account to pay for other purchases in the future.
How do I exchange an item? To exchange an item simply place
a new order for the items that you really need and then send
the original items back as a return (see instructions for returns above). Once
we receive your return we will issue a refund to your credit card or
PayPal account. Exchanges of equal or greater value are eligible for a
restocking fee waiver. Please create a

purchased another item to replace it.
What if I receive a mis-shipment?
At ElectricScooterParts.com we are committed to delivering the right
products and quantities to our customers. We employ several quality and quantity
checks before an order leaves our warehouse. If you have received an incorrect
item or an incorrect number of items please submit a
Support
Ticket to let us know. We will be more than happy to assist you with
correcting the mis-shipment.
Who pays for return shipping?
Since we offer so many low priced parts for sale we simply can not afford to pay
for return shipping like other websites do that only sell higher priced items
like shoes. For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the
merchandise. However, if we’ve made a mistake and sent you incorrect
merchandise, or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.
We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package back to us, and we
will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.
Warranties: Batteries and battery packs have a 12 month limited warranty.
All other parts and accessories with exception of the excluded products listed
below have a 30 day limited warranty unless a warranty with a longer timeframe
is stated in the product's description. Warranties apply to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Modifying, altering, removing terminals or connectors, or repairing a part voids its warranty.
Normal noises, vibrations, and operating characteristics are not covered under warranty.
Warranties do not extend to incorrect installation or to overloading, misuse, or neglect of products. Products that are damaged due to accidents are not covered under warranty.
Products excluded from our 30 day warranty:
Due to the delicate nature of installing speed controllers and the possibility of damaging them during installation from a miswiring, or
of damaging them from connecting them to a faulty part, or of burning them out after installation from overloading, speed controllers do not have warranties.
Consumable parts including tires, tubes, belts, brakes pads, and brake shoes do not have warranties.
Products covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our
discretion and are not eligible for refunds. Warranty claim products must be
sent back to us for verification of manufacturing defect at the buyer's expense.
Photographs of the installed part and/or vehicle may be required for warranty
claims. Products with
manufacturing defects that are replaced
or repaired under warranty will be shipped at our expense to addresses in the
United States with USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home
delivery regardless of the original shipping method used to ship the product.
Products with manufacturing defects that are replaced or repaired under warranty will be shipped at the
buyer's
expense for international orders. Products returned for warranty service which
work and do not have factory defects will be shipped back to the buyer at the
buyer's expense.
The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or
property arising from the design, manufacture, and distribution of it's
products, and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable
for indirect or consequential damages arising from products that we distribute.

Shipping
Damage: Shipping damage claims must be filed within 7 days after the package was delivered by the carrier.
All packaging materials including boxes, foam boards and pellets, and paper that were used to ship the
product must be kept in an undisturbed condition for inspection by the carrier. Upon request of the
carrier the product and packaging material must be made available for inspection by the carrier during
regular business hours. Detailed photographs or video showing the damaged product and packaging material
will facilitate a higher chance of the carrier accepting the damage claim without inspecting the product
and packaging in person.
