Steps Taken: 7
The key switch or power switch is in the on position.
The fuse or circuit breaker has been checked or reset.
The scooter has been pushed to walking speed before engaging throttle.
The brake lever switch has been disconnected from the speed controller.
The wiring and wire connectors have been checked and are in good shape.
The scooter has been bench tested with the battery charger plugged in.
The batteries have been recharged and the scooter still does not run.
